Porsha Williams Denounces ex-Simon’s “deceptive tactics” during legal battle

Star of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ Porsha Williams called her ex-husband Simon Guobadia“Deceptive practices” as she continues to fight him in court, TMZ has learned.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Porsha mocked Simon’s efforts to dismiss his own defamation lawsuit filed against her.
As we previously reported, Simon the Bravo star continued in November 2024 following a series of social media posts about erectile dysfunction. The businessman claimed Porsha made it seem like he was the one suffering from health issues, which he claimed cost him business and caused him emotional distress.
In addition to this, Simon claimed that he does not suffer from erectile dysfunction.
Porsha and her legal team have denied all allegations of wrongdoing, insisting that she claimed her posts were not referring to anyone in particular, including her ex. She said she could not be held responsible for posting about an issue that many of her followers suffer from.
On January 23, Simon filed documents requesting that his lawsuit be dismissed. The businessman, who would have been deported from America in 2025, says his immigration issues make it difficult for him to appear in court for the trial.

Days later, Porsha argued that the case should be dismissed…but not before Simon was ordered to pay his legal fees associated with the case. She claimed Simon dragged out the matter and failed to provide information.
Porsha said she was forced to spend time and money on the case. In the filing, the RHOA star points out that her ex was deported after the court ruled he used “deceptive practices to fraudulently enter the United States.”
She said his deceptive tactics included “lying about his identity as well as not disclosing his three prior convictions in order to sneak” into America.
The court has yet to rule on Porsha’s fee request.
