Miley Cyrus returned to her “Hannah Montana” days Monday night as she celebrated the world premiere of Disney+’s “Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special.”
The singer/actress attended the star-studded event at the El Capitan Theater in Los Angeles with most of her Disney Channel original castmates, namely Jason Earles, Moises Arias, Shanica Knowles, Anna Maria Pérez de TagleAnd Cody Linley.
Miley played the iconic role of Miley Stewart, a teenager who doubles as notable pop star Hannah Montana, giving herself the stage name to maintain anonymity and some semblance of normalcy in her young life. This role launched Miley’s career in Hollywood.
David Archuletawho made an appearance in a season 3 episode, also appeared at the premiere, but Emilie OsmentHannah’s best friend from the teen sitcom, couldn’t make it because she was filming another series, “Georgie and Mandy’s First Wedding.”“.

In an Instagram post, Emily wrote that “Hannah Montana” changed her life, giving her a lifelong admiration for comedy while teaching her “discipline, patience, timing and respect working in an adult space at such a young age.” Emily also posted a video of herself talking about the birthday.
Several other big stars were in attendance at the premiere, including Rei Ami, Lainey Wilson, JoJo Siwa, Willow And Jaden Smith, Ilona MaherAnd Dara Renee. Miley’s parents, Tish And Billy Rayalso passed with Chappell Roan And Selena Gomezwho played Mikayla – Hannah’s nemesis in the series.
