When you wake up
Right after deleting mouth tape, scrape the tongueopen the blinds and ice cream rollI drink Beauty salt. Celtic sea salt promotes hydration, while pearl powder is fabulous for the skin. Pure colostrum helps nourish my body and sets the tone for the day in a way that makes me feel grounded rather than rushed. I try walking, meditating, or running red lights in bed. If I’m lucky, I can cold bath and sauna after organizing my children.
Pre-workout
About an hour later, I coffee with raw milk, which seems like the perfect pre-workout because it gives me fats, carbs, and protein without thinking about it or making it complicated. Usually I also have protein, like white cheese or over-easy eggs.
Strength (5x/week)
Five days a week I lift weights with Sandy Brockmanwho customized my entire split and training program around my goals. I don’t need to think, plan, or negotiate with myself. I show up and do what I’m told. With a busy work and family life, eliminating this mental load makes consistency much easier.
LAURYN’S POINT: Bring your facial towel travel pack to the gym to absorb the sweat from your face. Much cleaner than an old dirty sports towel.
Pilates (2x/week)
Two days a week I do Pilates, which has been incredibly beneficial for flexibility while allowing my body to recover well.

Performance Improvement
During my workouts, I sip a blend of mango amino acids And pure creatine (use code SKINNY) to support performance. I LOVE THIS BLEND.
At-home option
On busier days when I can’t come see Sandy or Pilates, I will Pvolve Or Pilates with Bryony (use code LAURYN30) at home because having options allows me to move even when the schedule isn’t perfect.
Daily movement
My goal is to walk 10,000 steps a day, which is usually done by walking with the kids in the morning and evening and working out while I’m on my treadmillso movement stays integrated into my life rather than feeling like another task to complete.
Consistency rather than perfection
Things vary from week to week and life happens, but my coaches grow with me and I’ve learned that the most important thing is to plan my goals and achieve them at least 80% of the time. Consistency rather than perfection is what really composes. You show up and achieve it because small daily disciplines yield big results.
