The singer honored his wife on the special day, essentially denying reports that his marriage to the actress was under strain and in danger of falling apart.

On Sunday, May 10, 2026, Timberlake uploaded a touching Mother’s Day message to celebrate Jessica and her wonderful achievements within their family. Despite recent reports that they were struggling, the singer described Jessica and her mother as “the greatest” women he knows.

The musician added that dealing with Lyme disease in the midst of all this also made it one of the most exhausting times of his life. Despite his vulnerability, Timberlake said his message was not intended to gain sympathy from anyone but to raise awareness about the disease.
He encouraged people living near those battling Lyme disease to always approach them with kindness, as it can be “relentlessly debilitating, both mentally and physically.”
The singer stressed that it was not an easy decision to go public with his diagnosis, but that it was necessary to help raise awareness about an issue that people might misunderstand if the news spread.

Police arrested Timberlake, and in the process he attempted to joke about his race, although he later explained to officers that he did not intend to cause trouble with his actions. The DUI video was initially sealed when the parties involved reached an agreement, and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office even refused to make it public despite requests made under the public records law.
The released video shed light on the situation that led to Timberlake’s arrest in the Hamptons, including the events leading up to the arrest.
