Sir Rod Stewart praises King Charles for putting ‘Ratbag’ Trump ‘in his place’

Sir Rod Stewart did not hold back on the red carpet while greeting King Charles And Queen Camille after their recent trip to the United States to see the president Donald Trump!

At the King’s Trust’s 50th anniversary celebration at London’s Royal Albert Hall on Monday, Rod congratulated the king on the royal couple’s recent relationship. 4 day trip to the United States … before twisting the knife, adding: “May I say, well done America. You have done superb, absolutely superb… put that little rat bag in its place!”

Charles seemed to laugh it off while discussing the trip…even referencing a speech in which he mocked about America’s colonial history with a cheeky French joke.

But Rod wasn’t done – he immediately wondered how Trump would have received the joke… “Exactly, that’s it, it went over his head!”

The rocker looked delighted with himself too… doing his best to contain his laughter, before sarcastically adding to Camilla: “I was just congratulating your husband on his wonderful performance in the Americas – so brilliant, so brave, so proud.”

Honestly, only Rod could pull this off – and somehow make it look like the royals didn’t even realize they were being slightly clowned in the process!
