Kodak Black is back behind bars in Florida… TMZ has learned the rapper turned himself in for fleeing/evading law enforcement and resisting a police officer without violence.

According to Broward County Jail records viewed by TMZ, Kodak was booked into custody Thursday. Both charges are currently listed as awaiting trial, with bail set at $0.

Kodak’s lawyer, Bradford Cohentells TMZ… “This is a self-surrender following yet another ‘investigation’ that also took 5 months to ‘investigate’ for allegedly leaking and alluding.”

Cohen adds… “This is not surprising, as this is generally the procedure we follow when there is a weak, baseless arrest, followed by yet another arrest for cases that allegedly take 5 or 6 months to investigate. At this point, I think everyone agrees that Kodak is being systematically targeted.”

Thursday’s arrest comes just a week after Kodak was arrested on alleged drug charges.

We broke the story… police say they linked Kodak to more than 25 grams of MDMA discovered after officers responded to reports of shots fired and found two vehicles idling with Kodak nearby.

Kodak later posted $75,000 bond and was ordered to stay away from drugs, certain associates and guns while the case unfolds.

Cohen previously called the drug case a “total joke,” insisting police had no probable cause to arrest Kodak.
