The “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star shared the photo Wednesday with a poignant caption … saying, “Psychological torture has damaged me more than physical torture.”

She doubled down, adding… “You end up becoming a shell of a human. It’s hard to share because it’s hard to accept.”
