Taylor Frankie Paul Overcomes major obstacle in bitter child custody dispute Supervised visits removed

Taylor Frankie Paul just scored a major victory in her custody battle with her ex Dakota Mortensen …because a judge extended her time with their 2-year-old son, Never.
At a court hearing Monday, a judge removed the requirement that Taylor’s parenting time be supervised, allowing her to spend more time with Ever.
Under the updated arrangement, Paul will have parenting time on a designated day each week, as well as alternating weekends. Dakota, meanwhile, will continue to be Ever’s primary custodial parent and will retain custody during the holidays, according to the judge’s decision.
The judge also set ground rules for both parents, ordering them not to denigrate each other publicly… including on social media. The new agreement comes a few days after the TFP job about the disappearance of his son.
The latest decision comes after months of legal drama between the former couple. Their legal fight exploded earlier this year amid competing allegations stemming from separate domestic incidents, which resulted in law enforcement investigations and requests for protection orders.
At a previous court hearing in April, Taylor and Dakota were granted mutual protection orders that will remain in effect for the next three years.
As we previously reported… Taylor’s 2023 domestic violence case was thrust back into the spotlight earlier this year when we obtained video of the incident — appearing to show Taylor yelling at Dakota, apparently putting him in a headlock and throwing metal stools in his direction while his other child could be heard crying in the background.
In the end…Taylor walked away with a major courtroom victory. With the lifting of the supervised visitation requirement, she will be missed even less than she was.
