Kelly Dodd Calls Revenge Porn Accusation ‘Lies’ and ‘Bulls***’ Claims Accuser Is Family Member

Kelly Dodd plots her own revenge against the person who accused her of distributing revenge porn and has criminal charges imposed on her.

Kelly and her husband, Rick Leventhalspoke about the accusations on the former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star’s podcast Wednesday.

Rick kicked things off by telling his fans they couldn’t give out much information because Kelly hadn’t gone to court yet… but he said they were really looking forward to telling the truth.

Kelly confirmed she would appear in court on Thursday and said the allegations against her were “absurd” and “insane”.

She also said she needed a little “comfort,” so her husband poured her a drink. Kelly later claimed a family member was behind the accusations, but did not provide a name.

As you know, Kelly is accused of sharing images of a woman engaging in sexual activity without her consent.

In the documents, prosecutors say Kelly “unlawfully and intentionally” distributed sexual images of the woman – identified as female. Jane Doe — around August 29, 2025, causing him severe emotional distress.

Worse, prosecutors say Kelly and Jane Doe agreed to keep the images private, and Kelly even allegedly threatened harm to the accuser, her property and her family.

Kelly was charged with intentionally distributing or causing to be distributed an image of a person’s intimate body part and making phone calls with the intent to annoy the person. She was also charged with battery in another incident in June with another Jane Doe. All three charges are misdemeanors.
