Maddox, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s Son, Drops ‘Pitt’ From His Last Name

Brad Pitt And Angelina Joliethe son Maddox Jolie Pitt it really looks like he wants nothing to do with his famous pops… because he’s legally giving up his last name.

Maddox has filed paperwork requesting a legal name change…specifically, dropping the “Pitt” from his last name and making his name simply “Maddox Chivan Jolie.”

The legal change follows Maddox dropping Pitt from his professional name… he is listed as “Maddox Jolie” in the credits of Angelina’s recent film, “Couture”, where Maddox worked as an assistant director.

Maddox joins some of his other siblings in dropping Pitt as his last name… Shiloh changed his name legally … Zahara I dropped it informally … And Vivienne removed it from poster for a Broadway production she worked on.

At first glance, it seems like most kids are trying to distance themselves from their fathers… a gap that’s only widened since Brad and Angelina. filed for divorce in 2016 and it took 8 years to chop things up.
