Josh Flagg lists his Miami Beach home for $10 million

Josh Flagg is looking to score a massive return on a Miami Beach investment … because TMZ has learned the “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” alum has put a luxury North Bay Road residence on the market for nearly $10 million after purchasing it in 2023 for $4.7 million.

Flagg of Flagg Family Capital has partnered with Carolwood executives Adam Rubin And Andrew Shanfeld on the project, transforming the property into an upscale setting in one of Miami Beach’s most exclusive neighborhoods.

The Mediterranean-style gated estate offers 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 4,062 square feet of living space, all set on lushly landscaped grounds designed for privacy and indoor-outdoor entertaining. Facilities include a detached pool pavilion with a sauna, cold plunge pool, outdoor shower and powder room.

The property sits in one of Miami Beach’s most exclusive enclaves, surrounded by some of the most expensive real estate in South Florida. Soccer superstar David Beckham is one of the region’s most prominent neighbors.

The renovation was led by New York-based studio and designer BUILTIN. Gary Eisnerwhich preserved the classic architectural character of the house while introducing contemporary luxury finishes.

Flagg told TMZ…they spared no expense during the renovation, joking… “If something cost $1,000, we spent $2,000. In the end, we weren’t building a house…we were personally boosting the South Florida economy.”

Highlights include vaulted ceilings, custom steel windows and doors, a white oak chef’s kitchen equipped with Sub-Zero appliances, and spa-inspired bathrooms with premium stone and custom millwork.
