Aaron Donald trains at Rams facility amid return rumors

Take a deep breath, Rams Nation… Aaron Donald was spotted working out at the team’s practice facility on Friday – as the retired NFL superstar continues to mull a comeback!

TMZ Sports has obtained video showing Donald and his workout buddies getting ready on the field in Woodland Hills, Calif., to condition.

An eyewitness tells us the 35-year-old spent about an hour on the field doing ladder drills, medicine ball throws and agility work, pushing himself to his limits until he was clearly gassed.

Donald training on his own is nothing crazy. The guy lives in the gym and looks exactly like he did when he retired in 2024.

But, just like real estate, it’s all about location, location, location – and Donald could have trained at home, but he chose a familiar soccer field instead.

The Rams traded for Myles Garrett last month, and it didn’t take long for rumors to start swirling that AD was interested in becoming a colleague of the NFL’s sack king.

While Aaron said Pat McAfee the successful business gave him pause as he got off the couch, Aaron’s wife scoffed at the idea that her husband might not retire.

A simple workout doesn’t mean Donald is returning to football, but it certainly won’t quell the chatter… but will more than likely add fuel to the comeback fire.
