February is an invitation to soften the limits of everyday life. To bring a little more beauty the routines we already live – how we care for ourselves, how we move around our homes, how we present ourselves to the people we love (including ourselves). This month, romance doesn’t have to be tied to just one day: it can be integrated into ordinary moments we choose to treat with care.
This month’s editor’s picks reflect that approach. These are the elements that help us elevate everyday life: well-being rituals that comfort and support us, a decoration that adds warmth and the intimacy, and the little indulgences that make everyday life feel considered rather than rushed. Thoughtful, comforting, and quietly special, this is what we’re looking for as we move through the depths of winter with intention.

The Activewear That Makes Runs Intentional
I completely fell in love with Stretch Your Story, and especially their ButterEase Performance Jacket, ButterFlow Square Neck Longline BraAnd ButterEase Leggings– all in white. (I know, I’m feeling bold—it’s my secret to keep my whites, whites and anything smelling fresh.) The fit is sculpting without feeling restrictive, supportive without too much effort and is perfect for barre3 classes, long walks and the inevitable coffee stop afterwards. Do I feel like a sexy suburban mom when I raise two cats in Portland? Yes. Do I love it? Yes too. Put the brand at the top of your sportswear wish list: stat. – Isabelle Eyman, editorial strategist.

One jacket, two colors
If I could only own one jacket, it would be my black Aritzia puffer jacket. So it’s quite surprising that it took me this long to add a new color to my collection. The taupe version it’s so good. Its minimal earthy shade is sophisticated, which means I’ll wear it with sweats and a baseball cap, or with a more polished look.

The color combination I can’t stop wearing
I’m totally obsessed with pairing a gray-based blue and a chocolate brown at the moment, especially Everlane Midi Skirt in Cotton-Silk Organza in Kentucky blue, adorned with rich brown accessories. From a color theory perspective, this works because blue brings calm and clarity, while brown gives the look warmth. Together they feel elevated but wearable, striking without being loud. I paired the skirt with a small chocolate brown heel (the Quince version is almost identical to a sold-out favorite) and, in true editor fashion, supplementing with DISSH Kai Cornflower Oversized Shirt after Everlane broke my heart by not restocking their dupe. It’s refined, a little unexpected, and exactly the kind of outfit that makes winter dressing fun again. – Isabelle Eyman, editorial strategist.

A total outfit upgrade
My Warby Parker Sunglasses nail the formula: a timeless shape, a lightweight frame, and the kind of understated polish that goes with everything. It’s my effortless upgrade, stylish without much effort, and it’s stood the test of time. I couldn’t recommend them more. – Anna Decker, Social Media and E-Commerce Manager.

In our homes
A must-have piece for any space
My parents just built a house and gave me free rein to help design a guest room, which suits me since I’ll be staying there often. The vision is inspired by the vast outdoors, namely an escape to the English countryside. My jaw dropped when that Beautifully moody dark green rug was delivered. This will be the perfect anchor for the room! – Brittany Chatburn, Marketing Director.
In our kitchens
A lasting exchange
I’ve been trying to make more sustainable swaps in the kitchen when I can, and Compostic’s entire line of compostable bags and packaging have recently become part of my composting game. Snack and trash bags are just as durable as any other option, and I love knowing that they are a great compostable alternative! – Suruchi Avasthi, food editor.
Thriving market
Always on my table
Lately we’ve brought back our evening salad ritual, which means this handcrafted wooden salad bowl is the centerpiece of our table every night, holding the mix of greens, fruits, roasted veggies, and crunchies I made together. It’s a true must-have for every kitchen and makes me happy every time I use it.
Zuma House
An elevated sweet treat
My evening isn’t complete without a treat, and my latest obsession is McConnell’s ice cream, specifically their Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream, which always makes me think of that scene from Gilmore Girls at Taylor’s Candy Shoppe. This ice cream is so rich and chocolatey that any chocolate lover will fall for it. I like to use a scoop of ice cream on a warm chocolate chip cookie, or serve it over chopped strawberries for a chocolate covered strawberry vibe. – Suruchi Avasthi, food editor
MCCONNELLS
Goodbye bloating
Lately I’ve been starting my mornings with this Bare bone broth instant bone broth packets, and they’ve become one of those little rituals that make a noticeable difference. They’re an easy way to add protein first, support digestion, and prevent bloating. The flavor is really good, tasty and comforting without feeling heavy, and I love how they dissolve effortlessly in hot water. Sometimes I squeeze a little lemon and it turns into the most nourishing cup. As an added bonus, they’re also an easy way to season foods when you want an extra boost of flavor and nutrients. – Tatom Hoffman, marketing intern.

In our bathrooms
From blonde burnout to healthy hair
Last fall, I returned to my natural hair color after more than five years of college blonde. Although the change took some getting used to, I have fully embraced this healthier chapter of my hair and couldn’t be happier. Alongside my proven Redken All Soft Shampoo and Conditionera product I keep coming back to is this one Ouai treatment mask. If you’ve found most hair masks too heavy for weekly use, this one might just change your mind. – Casey McKee, editorial intern.
Summer hair, coming soon
Summer hair is done in winter. I took advantage of the slower season to really take care of my hair. Winter can make it dry, so I fortify it with a good rinse. This one is the best. My hair tends to break, so I apply it between styles. Let’s just say I’m looking forward to the volume I’ll receive next summer. – Langa Chinyoka, beauty editor

Bath obsession
Another day, another Corpus product to get addicted to… this body butter has a whipped texture that bottom into the skin and leaves it radiant, radiating with the most divine scents of bergamot, lemon and orange blossom. My favorite treat to apply right after my bath.

Honor your skin’s natural pH
Osier is the kind of purpose-driven brand that reminds me why I love wellness. Their story is inspiring and their products are both luxurious and affordable. I particularly like their milky tonic. I’m an asshole for everything milk for the skin product, and this one is an instant favorite. Ideal for nights when your skin is sensitive and needs a little extra love. – Langa Chinyoka, beauty editor

In our routines
Savior of sleep
Those of you who have followed my journey to better sleep know that I really rely on the right supplements to help me stay asleep at night, and for me, adaptogens are very helpful and non-habit forming. I recently switched to Ritual’s anti-stress supplement, which supports the body’s natural cortisol response, so I don’t wake up with my heart racing at 2am! I love the lemony taste of all Ritual supplements, and this one is a new favorite in my daily lineup.

A book that makes you want to slow down at the table
I came back to The art of eating this month, and it looks especially good for F February. MFK Fisher writes about food not as fuel or performance, but as pleasure, ritual, and a way of paying attention to life. It’s the kind of book that makes you want to cook something simple, serve something special, and sit down to enjoy it. – Isabelle Eyman, editorial strategist.

The trick to beating cold and flu season
I’ll do just about anything i to avoid sick children (andby extension, sick parents), and my whole family loves it strengthening immunity superfood powder. I can barely stand powders (or fake sugar aftertastes), and this one is so refreshing. He also enters single packages for travel! – Brittany Chatburn, Marketing Director.

To sculpt our free time
One of my goals for 2026 is to indulge without needing an excuse – and Massage NOW fits perfectly into this state of mind. I’m obsessed with their menu of services, especially the ability to book a massage for as little as 25 minutes. It’s a simple and accessible way to incorporate self-care into your routine, although you’ll definitely leave wanting more. A massage certificate is also a great gift. They are currently running a promotion where you receive $20 for every $100 in gift cards purchased from 1/23 – 2/14…consider your Valentine’s Day gift found. – Bridget Chambers, fashion editor
