Dry brush
TSC’s dry brush stimulates the lymphatic system, gives you gentle exfoliation for the softest skin of your life, and energizes like nothing else.
You want to start at your feet and use quick upward movements toward the core. Continue brushing your entire body in this way, using medium pressure on the arms and legs and lighter pressure on the torso, thighs and neck. When you’re done, continue your shower to rinse away dead skin cells.
