Villagers in 27 districts of Rajasthan cast their votes for third phase of polling on Tuesday (November 3, 2026) to elect the zila parishad and panchayat samiti members across 116 village bodies.

An estimated 70% turnout of voters at 11,869 polling stations was recorded by the end of the day.

The polling for the first and second phases of the Panchayati Raj elections was held on October 22 and 28 respectively, while the fourth phase polling will be conducted on November 14.

Villagers at two places in Bharatpur and Deeg districts boycotted polling in protest against delimitation, which, they alleged, was done under political pressure. The boycott was witnessed at Nagla Singhara in Bharatpur and Nagla Kishore Singh in Deeg as the villagers protested against the inclusion of their areas in different village panchayats.

The third phase of polling was held in Banswara, Baran, Balotra, Beawar, Bharatpur, Bikaner, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Churu, Dausa, Didwana-Kuchaman, Deeg, Dholpur, Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh, Jaipur, Jalore, Jhunjhunu, Karauli, Khairthal-Tijara, Kotputli-Behror, Pratapgarh, Sawai Madhopur, Salumbar, Sikar, Tonk, and Udaipur districts.
