Blake Lively And Justin Baldoni will take their legal issue to trial… at least that’s what Baldoni’s lawyer predicts.

The photographers have Bryan Freedman outside a federal courthouse in Lower Manhattan after Wednesday’s settlement conference, and was asked if this case would go to trial.
