Gerry Turner Gets a new $1 million block with his fiancée Lana Sutton

Gerry Turner is leveling up with his fiancée Lana Sutton — the couple just spent nearly a million dollars on a shared home.
The ‘Golden Bachelor’ alum and his leading lady showed off their finds on GIand the stunning new construction in sought-after Chatham Village does not disappoint: five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a sprawling 4,455 square feet of land.

It’s also packed with perks: a spectacular two-story family room with a tile-surrounded fireplace, a super luxury shower in the master bathroom, and a huge game room. In other words, it was well worth the seven-figure splurge… even if it took some convincing.

Gerry tells TMZ they looked at the place several times but were hesitant to make an offer. Plot twist: the builder called them and asked what the problem was. Gerry says once they explained their concerns, the builder pushed them to go for it, which they did – and now they’re both in on the act, splitting 50/50.

As for the marriage, it still takes place. Gerry tells us they’re planning to get married — they’re just taking it slowly and haven’t set a date yet.
