One of LaBeouf’s alleged victims in the fight claimed the actor repeatedly directed anti-gay slurs at him during the confrontation.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ, LaBeouf shouted the slur several times at two men while punching them.

The report says the offensive comments continued even after officers arrived and began questioning those involved. At one point, LaBeouf reportedly said, “Those motherfuckers put me in jail.” I am Catholic. »

According to TMZ, inside sources say the actress wants him to go to rehab to “deal with” his alcohol issues, which have been a problem for several years.

The couple, who first met on the set of “Nymphomaniac” in 2012, dated on and off until 2016 when they decided to get married.

However, by 2018, the relationship was strained, leading to a temporary separation. Two years later, the couple reconciled and welcomed their first child, daughter Isabel, in 2022.

The two have been separated for almost a year, but despite the distance, the actress still watches over him and wants him to be present in their daughter’s life.

Before their separation, police received a 911 call regarding an alleged incident of stalking and disturbing the peace at LaBeouf and Goth’s Los Angeles home on November 2, 2024.

No arrests have been made and the incident has been classified as “resolved.”
