American idol Season 24 of Hollywood Week in Music City is over and the top 30 contestants will now head to Hawaii for an all-new phase of the competition called the ‘Ohana Round, after which the Top 20 will be revealed, but we have the scoop on who made it through this round. Season 24 of American Idol welcomed back host Ryan Seacrest, as well as judges Lionel Richie, Carrie Underwood and Luke Bryan.

During the brand new American idol season 24 ‘Ohana Roundairing March 9, the top 30 contestants will sing for industry tastemakers, their families, friends and each other, creating the ultimate focus group. Trendsetters include Kaniyia Brown and Terry McCaskill (social media personality duo), Sasha Farber (dancer and choreographer), Anthony Gargiula (artist and music creator), Loren Gray (singer and actress), Shirley Halperin (co-editor of Rolling Stone), Cheryl Porter (singing phenomenon and vocal coach), and Kelly Sutton (country music personality and Grand Ole Opry host).

After the “Ohana Round”, the focus group will vote and the Top 20 will be announced. They will then advance to compete for America’s vote. Here are the candidates who went to the American idol season 24 Top 20.

MJ’s great blog revealed the American idol season 24 Top 20 candidateswhich have been compiled from reliable sources. However, the site warned that some names might be wrong, although it was certain the vast majority of names were correct.

The Top 20 is made up of Abayomi, Braden Rumfelt, Brooks, Chris Tungseth, Daniel Stallworth, Genevieve Heyward, Hannah Harper, Jake Thistle, Jesse Findling and Jordan McCullough. Additionally, Julián Kalel, Keyla Richardson, Kutter Bradley, Kyndal Inskeep, Lucas Leon, Madison Moon, Makiyah, Philmon Lee, Rae and Ruby Rae will compete.

Ten of American idol Season 24 contestants who survived Hollywood Week and made it to the Top 30′ Ohana Round were eliminated before the Top 20. They are Bella Emry, Brenna Brigman, Brianna Yancey, Bryant Thomas, Chloe Lauren, Jacquie Lee, Kiera Howell, Michael Garner, Sheldon Riley and Tianna.

What to expect from the top 20 of American Idol season 24

THE American idol The Top 20 Round is the first time the candidates will compete for America’s vote. It was filmed at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawaii, and will air over two nights on March 16 and 23. Superstar singers Keke Palmer and Brad Paisley will serve as mentors to the contestants during this round. After the Top 20, American idol will be posted online each week.

American idol season 24 was one of the most competitive everwith so many talented candidates. Each of the Top 20 finalists has the potential to win the show, so it will be exciting to watch them perform each week. Lionel, Carrie and Luke did a fantastic job finding these talented singers during auditions, but it will soon be up to America to choose a winner.
