Ex-Prince Andrew’s aide says she would talk to police about Epstein-related accusations

In response, Manley has now indicated that she is ready to recount her experiences during her time in the royal household with law enforcement.
Manley was Andrew’s former private secretary and deputy treasurer from 1996, and then his private secretary and treasurer between 2001 and 2003.
In these roles, she assumed administrative and financial responsibilities and frequently accompanied him on his official engagements.
However, her name has resurfaced following allegations that she signed off on a payment linked to Ghislaine Maxwell during her tenure.
According to reports, Manley wrote a check for £75 ($100) from Buckingham Palace funds in 2000 to pay for a massage arranged by Ghislaine Maxwell for Prince Andrew.

Asked about her involvement, Manley refused to comment, but preferred to hand over her confession to legal authorities. “I would rather talk to the police than the press, even though I would have a lot to say to them,” Manley told the Times.
Although Manley avoided commenting further, a former masseuse, Monique Giannelloni, previously claimed that her assistant helped arrange a meeting with Andrew at Buckingham Palace. According to People, Giannelloni described her encounter with Andrew as initially awkward, as he went to the bathroom and came back naked, embarrassing her.

Ex-Prince Andrew abandons another Crown Estate property
While Manley appears ready to go to authorities, her former employer, Andrew, continues to face consequences related to his past association with Epstein.
As well as losing his long-standing residence at Royal Lodge, the 66-year-old has now applied for an early termination of his lease on another Crown Estate property he has held for more than two decades at low cost.
As The Blast reported, the East Lodge, a Grade II-listed thatched cottage in Berkshire near Ascot, had an annual rent of around £13,000 ($17,357), which is low compared to similar homes in the area, which are worth up to £7,500 ($10,000) a month.

Andrew’s daughters Princess Beatrice and Eugenie will not attend Royal Ascot
Andrew’s consequences also began to affect his children, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice. The sisters have reportedly been barred from taking part in this year’s Royal Ascot, a decision which shocked them.
According to The Blast, insiders say Beatrice, in particular, felt “completely blindsided” by the development.
Attendance at the high-profile racing event and participation in its ceremonial carriage procession are usually determined by Buckingham Palace.
Thus, observers believe that the sisters’ exclusion reflects their parents’ controversies rather than their own behavior. The palace’s alleged decision has since sparked backlash online, with many social media users calling the decision unfair.

Despite Andrew’s consequences for his children, his relationship with Epstein would still have more repercussions under British laws.
According to The Blast, attorney James J. Sexton detailed the differences between the British and American legal systems, highlighting the burden of proof and procedures.
The lawyer then pointed out that British authorities appeared to take these allegations more seriously than the United States and that if convicted, Andrew could face life in prison.
