Tristan Thompson takes photos with fans before the White House Correspondents’ Dinner

Tristan Thompson was all smiles before the shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner… TMZ obtained video of him walking in, and stopping to take selfies with his fans.

Check out this video from Saturday’s event in Washington DC… Tristan is about to take an escalator to dinner when he stops to take photos with people.

Tristan wears a bedazzled, sparkling jacket as he takes a break for some photos…and he even has to retake a selfie with a woman who has her phone out.

All this happened about 30 minutes before gunshots rang out in the hotel and guests rushed for cover.

The former NBA player and reality TV star appeared to be seated near the Secretary of War. Pete Hegseth inside the ballroom during the ill-fated dinner.
