There’s Nothing Like Homemade Pizza…And This Is Why Priscilla Presleythe son, Navarone Garibaldi Garciais crowdfunding to start his own business!
That’s right, Priscilla’s son and Brazilian producer Marc Garibaldi, started a GoFundMe to raise $5,500 so he can buy an industrial oven he plans to bake pies in and sell them right from his driveway.
The seller initially wanted $14,000 for the deal… but Navarone says he was able to negotiate it down to $8,500 – and he put $3,000 of his own money into it.
As for why Navarone isn’t digging into his famous family’s pockets for this new project… he put it bluntly when speaking with TMZ: He has a budget and expenses just like everyone else.
He also hasn’t been shy about Priscilla, telling TMZ… “She loves the idea but I can’t charge money for every fancy idea I have or we’d both be broke!” He says he’s confident she’ll come and take a cut.
Navarone, who is also a musician, tells us it was a dream of his to own a business…and he has time to focus on this new venture now that he’s taken a step back from the stage.
His overall goal is to sell organic, affordable pies to his community right from his driveway…but he says he’s also open to a brick-and-mortar store if things go well.
If the fundraising rises like a good dough, the neighborhood could soon have a new hot slices spot!
