Janice Dickinson Photos reveal my injuries following a fall on a reality TV show

Janice Dickinson is suing a British TV channel for injuries she claims she suffered in a fall while filming a reality TV show…and now we have the photos of the facial damage caused by the alleged fall.
Check out these photos obtained by TMZ…that claim to show the aftermath of a nasty spill in 2022 while she was filming “I’m A Celebrity…South Africa.”
Janice’s forehead, nose, lips and chin are broken, bruised, scratched and scabbed over…she claims she suffered head and facial injuries after going to the bathroom at night during the show’s jungle camp and tripping.
The alleged injuries date from 2022 and in September 2025, Janice filed a lawsuit in the UK against ITV Studios… seeking six-figure damages. According to reports Janice claims in the lawsuit that she suffered permanent facial deformities and nerve damage when she stumbled in the dark after being given sleeping pills by a doctor.
The suit was filed by a London law firm, Taylor Hampton Solicitors, which has already replaced Hugh Grant, Elizabeth Hurley And Mr Elton John.
Sources close to Janice tell TMZ…she was “absolutely devastated” when she was told her face was permanently distorted and that she had suffered nerve damage.

We’re told Janice felt “humiliated” by the incident and couldn’t talk about it for a long time, even though netizens wondered if she’d had a stroke.
Our sources say Janice loved being on the reality show, but “that’s not what she signed up for.”
Janice’s representative in the United Kingdom, Dermot McNamaratells TMZ… “Janice is fully engaged in this legal process and is seeing it through to its conclusion.”
An ITV Studios spokesperson told TMZ… “Janice Dickinson’s letter of complaint has been received and reviewed. ‘I’m A Celebrity’ operates a high level of safety protocols and the health, safety and wellbeing of all our contributors is our number one priority.”
ITV adds… “We do not recognize this version of events. However, we treated Janice at the time, paid her medical bills, flew her back to Los Angeles, and the I’m A Celebrity team were in regular contact with Janice and her representatives on an ongoing basis after her return to America until the program aired seven months later.”
