However, what caught the attention of many was Moroccan’s strong resemblance to his famous father, with his twin sister even alluding to it.
About a decade after their split, Mariah Carey was asked about her co-parenting efforts with the “Wild ‘N Out” star, but she coyly dodged the question.

Carey’s children, Moroccan and Monroe, showed off their love for each other on social media, both sharing cute snaps of themselves with their respective followers.
Monroe posted a fun photo booth photo where she can be seen sticking her tongue out. For his part, the Moroccan shared several black and white photos of himself posing in a black hooded sweater while sporting a star patch on his face. He simply captioned it with a single bat emoji.
Fans were quick to point out that the 14-year-old is the spitting image of his father, Nick Cannon, and his sister also shared the same thought, taking to the comments section to ask, “Wait, why is this giving a dead ringer for dad?”

Fans rave about the Moroccan’s resemblance to his father
Several fans flooded the comments section of the Moroccan’s post to compare his look to his father’s, with many calling him a “carbon copy” and “twin” of the actor.
One person wrote, “Mimi’s genes are fighting for life,” apparently referring to the fact that Marocain valued his father more than Carey.
“I look more like Dad every day!” one user said, while another added: “I thought I was looking at your dad’s pics lol, you’re his twin.”
“Definitely the @nickcannon twin from the Nickelodeon days,” someone else wrote.
“Why is it literally Nick?” » asked another Instagram user.
In her photo, Monroe received some love from rapper Kanye West’s daughter, North West, who wrote: “You’re so pretty imu.”

The Moroccan was a proud brother and sister and he returned the gesture by taking to his sister’s comments section to write: “My twin.”

Nick Cannon praised his daughter Monroe for being his ‘best therapist’

Moroccan and Monroe spent their lives in the public eye, often appearing on stage during their mother’s legendary Christmas tours.
The “All I Want For Christmas Is You” singer greeted them and Cannon in April 2011 in Los Angeles, with Monroe arriving first.
In 2021, the “Love Don’t Cost A Thing” actor spoke about the personality and qualities of his eldest, particularly praising her for her emotional intelligence despite her young age, calling her the “best therapist”.
“My daughter, really, she’s so in tune and online and wise beyond her years. I have a lot of therapists, but she’s probably my best therapist,” he said. People Magazine at the time.

“She keeps me in check. She’s so pure and honest… She’s my oldest. Even though they’re twins, she came out first and she lets everyone know that. She’s helped me stay strong,” the actor added.
The actor says he is “enthusiastic” about all his children

Alongside Moroccan and Monroe, Cannon is also the father of Golden, Mighty Queen and Rise, all of whom he shares with Brittany Bell; twins Zion and Zillion and their daughter Beautiful with Abby De La Rosa; Legendary love with Bre Tiesi; and daughter Onyx Ice Cole with LaNisha Cole.
He also shares two children with Alyssa Scott, daughter Halo and son Zen, who died at the age of five months in 2021 after being diagnosed with brain cancer.
The ‘Drumline’ actor is very happy with his big blended family, telling People in May 2022, he is “excited” about all his children.
“Every day I wake up excited as a father,” he said. “I am so excited about all of my children. Constantly, in every aspect. From winning Citizen of the Month in first grade to when new ones are born.”

Although he’s “excited” about being a father, Cannon also opened up about the challenges of raising such a large family, saying it’s his “biggest guilt.”
“Being a father of several children, my biggest guilt is always not spending enough time with all my children,” he admitted during a December 2022 episode of “The Checkup with Dr. Agus” on Paramount+. “One because I’m constantly working and two because I’m just scattered.”
After reports surfaced that Cannon was paying up to $3 million a year in child support, the comedian spoke out to refute the claims, saying he spent “a lot more than that” on his children.
