Demi Lovato gives a glimpse into his daily routine in preparation for his “It’s Not That Deep Tour,” which kicks off in April. It comes after the singer canceled several tour dates, saying she needed more time to rest and focus on her health before returning to the stage.

Lovato is preparing to entertain fans on stage again, a few years after saying she wasn’t sure if she would ever tour again. The singer-songwriter completed the “Holy Fvck Tour” in 2022, which took a toll on him.
Lovato spoke to People regarding her past statement saying the reason she wanted to stop touring was “how taxing it can be on the body and mind.” Regardless, she has now decided to hit the road again for her fans.

The singer trains for peak performance
Lovato, now 33, has been training her body to be in tip-top shape for her tour. She has been going to the gym religiously for several months, adding that she does a lot of cardio exercises. “I do a lot of cario so I don’t get out of breath when I sing and dance at the same time,” she explained.
Additionally, the “Sorry Not Sorry” singer also exercises specific areas of her body, as she has some back issues that she wants to take care of before her tour. “I have some back issues and I strengthen my glutes and quads to protect my body,” Lovato said.
Lovato is also rehearsing religiously, sharing how excited she is for the tour, adding, “I can’t wait!”

In addition to training her body, Lovato also prepares mentally by making sure she remembers all the lyrics to her songs, something she sometimes forgets due to her ADHD, a diagnosis she shared. The singer shares the difficulty of being separated from her husband
Another challenge Lovato will face once her tour begins will be being away from her husband, musician Jordan Lutes aka Jutes, whom she married in 2025.
According to the singer, they try not to be apart for more than two weeks. Lutes, she said, will visit her during the first month of her tour, but subsequent dates may be more difficult because he himself will be on the road.
