Ancient Ring fans have been patiently waiting for an official update on the 2-port switchwhich seems to be progressing well. While there is still no news or updates on the future of the franchise beyond the Switch 2 Tarnished Edition launch, gamers are keeping their fingers crossed for a possible sequel announcement.
However, there is an official novelty planned for Tuesday March 31, which players will certainly want to discover. It’s a completely unexpected release that no one saw coming, and it’s available for pre-order now (via Bandai Namco).
Elden Ring is back with a surprising new version
Messmer the Impaler, Malenia, Blade of Miquella and one of the most emblematic Ancient Ring weaponsthe Greatsword of the Dark Moon, are all one official return this month with brand new skateboards. You read correctly, Bandai Namco is releasing three official licenses Ancient Ring skateboard decks featuring Messmer, Malenia and Dark Moon Greatsword, all available for pre-order now.
Each skateboard features original, limited-edition designs and costs around $90 USD. The board of directors of Malenia has “original artwork depicting Malenia’s golden helmet, roots and butterflies”, while Messmer’s deck features an original flame design of Shadow of the Erdtree, Ancient RingThe huge DLC expansion of. And then there is the elegant design, Glow-in-the-Dark Black Moon Greatsword Deck featuring one of gaming’s most iconic weapons.
All three decks are made from 7-ply Northeast maple, with a #5 medium concave design and “Fully tempered black finish with a natural wood core.” Additionally, the decks are each limited to only 750 unitsso fans will want to claim these unique collectibles while supplies last.

Ancient Ring fans can pre-order these brand new collectibles now, along with the skate deck range official release on Tuesday March 31. It’s the perfect addition to any die-hard fan’s collection, and while it’s not the main Ancient Ring Announcement that players hope, the decks will turn heads at the local skate park this summer.
