Kimora Lee Simmons’ Ex-Husband Tim Leissner Files for Divorce

Kimora Lee Simmons is going through her second divorce… because her ex-husband has just officially asked to end their marriage.

Tim Leissnera former Goldman Sachs banker, filed suit in court in February and filed for divorce from Kimora after nearly 12 years of marriage … according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.

In the documents, Tim uses “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

Tim doesn’t list a separation date…the docs say TBD…but we do know they’ve been separated since at least March 2022.

A source close to the matter tells us that they have been following this process for at least 6 years and that it is only an administrative matter.

Kimora and Tim have a child together… 11 years old Wolfe Lee Leissner.

Tim is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their child…as well as spousal support.

Kimora and Tim married in March 2014…and years ago, Tim admitted in court to falsifying divorce documents in order to marry Kimora while he was still married to his then-wife, Judy Chan.
