Star of “General Hospital” Kirsten Storms“The claim that his phone was hacked is being investigated by police… TMZ has learned.
A representative for the Franklin Police Department in Tennessee told TMZ… “I can confirm that there is an active investigation in regards to his case.”
We’re told the investigation centers around Kirsten’s claim that unknown third parties are spying on her devices.

In a video posted to Instagram on April 9, Kirsten claimed it cell phone has been compromised.
As TMZ first reported, Kirsten was slapped with a restraining order by her ex-husband, Brandon Barashat the end of last year. In his filing, Brandon alleged that his ex was acting strangely and that he was worried about their 12-year-old daughter being in his custody.
Brandon claimed Kirsten was jumping from friends’ houses to hotels and apartments. He believed Kirsten experienced “delusions and hallucinations” in mid-2025. He said things improved for a short time and then turned around.

He claimed a friend of Kirsten’s told him she thought the soap star was abusing Adderall. The judge granted the request for a temporary restraining order.
The judge found there was evidence Kirsten was suffering a mental health crisis, but allowed her to have supervised visits with her daughter until a future hearing.
