Kylie Jenner is facing more legal issues…she was just sued for failing to stop her aide from harassing a second housekeeper on her payroll…this, according to a new lawsuit.
Juana Delgado Soto filed a lawsuit Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court against the reality TV star with a mind-blowing 20 causes of action…including harassment, racial discrimination, failure to pay wages and failure to prevent or remedy harassment. This is the second time in a week Kylie was sued by one of her housekeepers with similar allegations.
In the latest complaint, Soto claims she began working for the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star in May 2019, and she claims she was not given proper meal or rest breaks.
Then, in 2023, Soto claims the harassment was instigated by his supervisor, Itzel Sibriansaying she made fun of his foreign accent and immigration status.
Additionally, Soto claims that Sibrian was temporarily transferred to another position after she complained, but was later reinstated at her old job and retaliated against Soto. Soto says Sibrian reduced his hourly pay, gave him unreasonable tasks and changed his schedule.
She also says Sibrian threatened to fire her for not staying late at work on her birthday. According to Soto, Sibrian told him, “Nobody cares about your birthday, Kylie’s having dinner.” »
Soto says she was so fed up that she wrote Kylie a long letter and placed her on her massage bed, telling her about all the alleged harassment and retaliation. But it backfired on Soto, who claims she was threatened with firing and asked to never contact Kylie again.
Soto noted, “Defendants told her that she was no longer allowed to ‘look at Kylie,’ to ‘smile at Kylie,’ and that if she saw Kylie, she would have to ‘disappear.’ Kylie is not directly accused of such bullying in the lawsuit.
We’ve reached out to Kylie’s rep for comment…so far, no response.
