AI-focused cloud provider E2E Networks has hit the upper circuit after reporting a sharp turnaround in Q1FY27, posting a net profit of Rs 44 crore against a loss a year ago. Revenue more than quadrupled, while EBITDA and margins surged, driven by strong demand for AI infrastructure and expanded GPU deployment.
ETMarkets.comE2E Networks hits the upper circuit after a stellar first-quarter turnaround, fueled by growing demand for AI infrastructure.AI-Driven Cloud Hyperscaler Stocks E2E networks surged 5 per cent to hit the upper circuit at Rs 469 on Wednesday, marking a fresh 52-week high, after the company reported a net profit of Rs 44 crore in Q1FY27, compared to a net loss of Rs 28 crore in the year-ago quarter.
The company’s operational revenue stood at Rs 157 crore for the quarter under review, registering a growth of 334 per cent over Rs 36 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, E2E said in a regulatory filing.
Margins climbed 4,610 basis points year-over-year to 75.2%, compared to 29.1% a year earlier. EBITDA stood at Rs 118 crore, up 1,023 per cent from Rs 10.5 crore, E2E’s investor presentation showed.

E2E Networks said its B200 cluster was successfully deployed on the TIR platform and began contributing to revenue during its first quarter. The company also expanded its GPU infrastructure to approximately 5,100 GPUs and incorporated Sovcloud Technologies Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary.
The company operates large GPU clusters on the TIR platform, with a focus on achieving industry benchmarks for the use of NCCL and Model FLOP (MFU). The company is also investing in organizational capabilities by strengthening its teams, while cluster performance is driven by comprehensive, multi-level optimizations.
What awaits us?According to the company’s investor presentation, AI infrastructure is increasingly viewed by governments and businesses as a strategic national asset rather than a public service that can be purchased. In this context, E2E Networks said the planned construction of an over 8 GW data center in India brings sovereign IT capacity closer to scale, positioning the company as a national AI infrastructure provider.
The company added that the AI infrastructure market remains structurally undersupplied as demand for GPUs for AI training and inference continues to outpace hyperscale capacity, driving investment into specialized neocloud providers globally. Oppenheimer Research estimates the global sovereign AI infrastructure opportunity at $1.5 trillion this decade, while McKinsey estimates that $6.7 trillion in global data center capital spending will be needed by 2030, of which around 70% will be dedicated to AI.
India is also building its sovereign AI capabilities at scale. According to Knight Frank India, the country’s total data center capacity stands at 8.33 GW, more than five times the current active capacity of around 1.6 GW. Around $30 billion in investment supports the expansion of data center capacity in India, while the IndiaAI mission has more than 38,000 GPUs. Mumbai and Chennai are emerging as key hubs for AI capacity, with data center pipelines of 3.75 GW and 1.36 GW, respectively.

Shares of E2E Networks are up 125% over the past six months, delivering multibagger returns to investors this year. Over the past year, the stock is up 88%.
