Kylie Jenner is facing growing legal pressure after a second former domestic worker filed a lawsuit against her. The new complaint alleges inhumane working conditions, racial discrimination, harassment and wage violations.
The legal drama comes as Jenner continues to make headlines for her high-profile relationship with Timothée Chalamet. The couple was recently spotted in court in New York, fueling rumors of an ongoing engagement, although sources suggest Jenner may not be rushing into marriage.
Kylie Jenner sued by another former employee
Jenner is facing another lawsuit from a former domestic worker, adding to the growing legal pressure surrounding her work environment.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Juana Delgado Soto filed a lawsuit against Jenner and several other entities. The complaint alleges racial discrimination, harassment and unfair labor practices while Soto worked for the reality TV star.
Soto claims she started working for Jenner in 2019 and was initially denied breaks and missed meal periods. However, she alleges that the situation worsened in 2023 when Sibrian became her supervisor.
In the filing, Soto accuses Sibrian of repeatedly treating her with disrespect, including making fun of her accent and humiliating her in the workplace. She says she reported this behavior to human resources, which led to Sibrian’s temporary dismissal.
Housekeeper claims she tried to warn Jenner
Soto claims she tried to take the alleged abuse directly to Jenner, but the situation only got worse. According to the lawsuit, Sibrian allegedly retaliated against her by reducing her salary, increasing her workload and changing her schedule.
Soto also claims she was denied time to grieve her brother’s death and missed a planned birthday party due to work demands.
In April 2025, Soto says she wrote a letter to Jenner describing what she called unbearable treatment and slipped it into a massage room the beauty mogul was scheduled to use. However, instead of being relieved, she claims she was threatened with dismissal.

Despite the disturbing allegations, the lawsuit is not directly about Jenner personally. Soto alleges that conditions continued to deteriorate, saying she had restricted access to restrooms, was forced to clean Jenner’s kennel and was even prohibited from drinking water while on duty.
Unable to bear the situation any longer, she claims to have resigned by SMS in August 2025.
“I’m sorry, I can’t do this anymore. Every day you abuse me and I bite all my nails. I can’t sleep at night and I’m always anxious because of the way you treat me,” the lawsuit quotes.
The latest case comes just weeks after another former housekeeper filed a similar complaint against Jenner, alleging she was treated “with hostility and exclusion,” according to PEOPLE.
Jenner is dating Chalamet
Amid the legal drama, Jenner continued to date Chalamet. The couple has been attracting attention in recent months, from supporting the actor during awards season to their PDA-filled moments at Coachella.
Most recently, they were spotted on the court in New York on Tuesday as they watched the New York Knicks take on the Atlanta Hawks, with Chalamet cheering on his home team.

“Timothée has talked about proposing to Kylie, but she doesn’t want to get married, at least not yet,” a source told the Daily Mail, adding that she thought relationships could change after marriage.
The report also claims that Chalamet sought advice from Jenner’s inner circle, including her mother Kris Jenner and sister Kendall Jenner, on how to win her over. Another source noted that the couple is currently enjoying their relationship while balancing their careers and businesses.
Still, Jenner’s family is reportedly fully on board with the romance, with insiders saying they would love to see the couple tie the knot sooner rather than later. According to the report, Chalamet has already grown close to Jenner’s children, Stormi and Aire, and is considered “very involved”, with her family reportedly welcoming him as one of their own.
