The recently surfaced video appears to show Tom Sandoval shoving his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinsonit’s dad, Will Robinsonin a fireplace lit during a heated confrontation.
In a video, obtained by TMZ, of the June 3 confrontation at the center of Tom’s restraining order filing, Tom and Victoria appear to be seen yelling at each other before Tom rushes toward Victoria, apparently to try to take a recording device from her hands.
Will then seemingly grabs Tom around the waist in an apparent effort to pull him away from his daughter. Tom appears to push Will backwards, sending him crashing butt-first into the lit fireplace before colliding with Victoria. Will quickly gets back on his feet and reportedly chases Tom around the house, while Victoria remains on the ground outside, apparently holding her head after her father fell on top of her.

We broke the story… the cops responded to Tom’s home on June 3 and arrested Victoria following an alleged domestic dispute. Tom later got a temporary restraining order against Victoria and Will, claiming that Victoria had repeatedly punched him and that Will had threatened him, punched a large hole in the door of a bedroom where Tom had locked himself for protection, and then hugged him.

Will disputes Tom’s account, telling TMZ… “The prosecutor didn’t file charges for a reason. I took Tom away from my daughter because he was overpowering her and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively after yelling at us in a very aggressive and threatening way.”
Will claims Tom then pushed him into the lit fireplace, causing injuries that required medical attention and will require further treatment. He also alleges that it was he, not Tom, who called the police “for our safety.”
Will alleges… “This is my daughter’s house and we just want Tom to be as far away from us as possible and away from his lies and drunken abuse.”
We’ve reached out to Sandoval…so far, no response.
