Haley Baylee responds to Matt Kalil’s lawsuit by claiming ‘sexual sovereignty’

Popular TikToker, Haley Bayleehit back at her ex-husband, former NFL star Matt Kalilafter suing her for commenting on the size of his manhood.

The influencer’s lawyer revealed that he will file a motion to dismiss Kalil’s lawsuit, arguing that it is “unreasonable” to sue his client for “exercising her sexual sovereignty.”

This comes after legal experts said Matt Kalil had “zero chance” of winning his case against Haley Baylee, and that it would be “dismissed or settled.”

Baylee objected to Kalil’s lawsuit against her, in which he accused her of invading his privacy by making suggestive comments about the size of his genitals.

The TikTok personality once claimed that Kalil’s manhood was a factor in the end of their marriage, saying it was the size of “two Coke cans.”

Now, according to TMZBaylee’s attorney, Matthew Bialick, revealed his intention to file a motion to have the former football player’s case dismissed.

Bialick believes it is “totally unreasonable” to sue on grounds of holding another person responsible for “exercising her sexual sovereignty by honestly describing a sexual experience that left her in tears.”

The lawyer also claimed that his client had every right to talk about her ex-husband’s genitals because of her “erotic autonomy.”

As Kalil’s lawsuit against Baylee continues to make headlines, legal experts have spoken out, emphasizing that the former NFL player’s case will not go to trial, particularly due to his status as a “public figure.”

According to Page sixLos Angeles-based attorney Gregory Doll said “the chances of this case going to trial are zero,” adding that it would be “either dismissed or settled.”

Doll, who is a partner at Doll Amir & Eley, apparently agreed that the invasion of privacy complaint against her “addressed the elements of the complaint” but added that her status as a “public figure” could discredit her, although he insisted he had since retired from public life.

“There will be First Amendment issues with Haley’s ability to talk about her sex life in public,” the legal expert said. “She’s not the first celebrity to do this, and there’s no clear rule that says the topic is off-limits.

Legal expert questions Matt Kalil’s ‘motives’

In his filing, Kalil claimed that Baylee was unjustly enriched by benefiting financially from the viral comment and also getting a ton of followers. However, Doll noted that it was up to the judge to determine whether she was “financially capitalizing on the story and whether he should get some of that money.”

Since their split, she has become a popular figure on social media, amassing nearly 10 million followers on Instagram and 16 million on TikTok. Kalil made sure to point this out in the lawsuit, saying she has more than 30 million followers across all platforms, but Doll said her filing “probably doubles or triples that number.”

The legal expert then commented on the former offensive lineman’s “motives,” saying, “I feel like he was married to a social media influencer with a large following, is remarried now with a young child, and maybe doesn’t want her to talk publicly about his anatomy.”

“But the normal step – if privacy was your primary concern – would be to send a cease and desist letter,” he added. “So only if she continued to speak out on the subject after receiving the letter would you consider taking legal action.”

Kalil’s lawsuit does not specify whether a cease and desist order was sent to Baylee.

Kalil and Baylee married in July 2015, but separated in 2022 after she filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.” He has since remarried his wife, Keilani Asmus, and together they welcomed their child in April 2024.

The legal standoff between the exes came as a result of Baylee’s November 2025 interview with Twitch streamer Malon, where she shared that the size of Kalil’s private part made their sex life impossible and was the “most important factor” in their divorce.

“We were trying to do the damn thing and [putting in work in their marriage]” the internet personality shared.

“Dead-ss… throughout our marriage, death-ss. But I was going to try everything. We tried everything: therapist, doctors.

Baylee then stated that his physical proportion was “about 0.01% of the population” and that his manhood was like “two Coke cans stacked on top of each other, maybe even a third.”

“We tried, impossible unless you cry,” she added at the time.

According to TMZthe former athlete insists that his “degrading and deeply personal comments” subjected him to “unwanted attention and invasive comments from the public”. He added that his wife was also affected by the incident as she received “disturbing” and “alarming” messages following his viral comments.

Reacting to the development, Baylee said she was “shocked and incredibly hurt to receive the news of this filing,” and insisted she hadn’t crossed the line but instead spoke “highly” about him.

“The truth is in the original livestream – which is still live on Marlon’s YouTube account, I praise [Kalil] in many ways throughout this conversation,” she said Page six.

“Litigation is a heartbreaking and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he chooses to put us and our families through this ordeal,” the 33-year-old model continued.

Baylee then shared moments from the interview where she made kind comments about him, calling him a “very good guy” and the “best guy in the world.”
