The new MotoGP season kicks off this weekend, with familiar rivalries set to be renewed and a number of exciting new riders joining the grid.

Spanish star Marc Márquez won the Drivers’ Championship last season at the Japanese Grand Prix with five races remaining, but the Ducati star’s recovery from a season-ending shoulder injury early last season could factor into the opening races of the new season.

The biggest storyline of the new season might be the sibling rivalry between Márquez and his younger brother. Álex Márquez will look to build on his second place finish last season with Gresini Racing, while hopes are high for three-time Turkish WorldSBK champion Toprak Razgatlıoğlu, who will join Pramac Yamaha alongside Australian star Jack Miller.

The new season sees significant changes to the schedule, with Brazil making a long-awaited return to the calendar, replacing Argentina in the second round, while the stop at Silverstone in the UK has been moved from May to its traditional August slot.

Live stream the 2026 MotoGP season in the United States

Fox Sports is expected to broadcast every grand prix and sprint race this season. Coverage will span Fox Sports 1 and Fox Sports 2, with each race expected to be available to watch on the Fox Sports app.

Watch the 2026 MotoGP season in the UK

Motorsport fans in the UK can watch the MotoGP season unfold on TNT Sports, which has the live broadcast rights in the UK.

TNT Sports will live stream all races of the 2026 MotoGP season. You can access TNT Sports via Sky Q as a TV package, as well as the option to stream online. It costs £31 both ways and comes in a bundle including the Discovery Plus library of documentary content.

Stream the 2026 MotoGP races in Australia

MotoGP races can be watched Down Under on Fox Sports via Foxtel. If you don’t subscribe to Fox Sports, your best option is to sign up for the Kayo Sports streaming service.
