Britney Spears has obtained a permanent restraining order against a Louisiana man … after his security team said he showed up at his Los Angeles home and was the source of numerous “disturbing social media posts” about the pop superstar … TMZ has learned.
The ‘Toxic’ singer filed court documents against a 51-year-old man named Donald, who she said had been harassing her online since 2013…and was arrested for trespassing after showing up at her apartment in 2025.
According to the documents, Donald was spotted by Britney’s security guard, who then called the sheriff’s department. Officers found the man shaking at the scene, smoking cigarettes.
A deputy took the man into custody… The petition states that Donald “exhibited strange behavior and made several inconsistent comments” during his arrest.
The court ordered Donald to stay 100 meters away from Britney at all times.

In court documents, Britney said she had no idea who Donald was and had no relationship with him. Her team said the man’s messages were “largely inconsistent, several could be interpreted as threatening harm” to Britney.
His team said Donald posted the word “bullet hole in his heart”… saying they were seriously concerned about the singer’s safety.

The documents also say Donald has a “long and concerning criminal history,” including convictions for criminal trespass and aggravated assault in 2019. They say he has been charged with burglary and harassment, and has faced charges in court for cyberstalking and DUI.
The court order maintains the protection of the restraining order against Donald until 2030.
