Jack Osbourne named her newborn baby girl after her late father.
Ozzy Osbournethe son of posted a video of the child on Instagram and it shows that his full name is Ozzy Matilda Osbourne.

Jack’s daughter was born on March 5 at 8:49 a.m. and she weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 19 inches in length.
As you know… Ozzy died in July. He knew he would become a grandfather again before he died.
Jack and his wife, Aree EarhartI now have two children together…and this is Jack’s fifth child overall.
