We are home all day, every day. When you’re working from home and the only things you drink are water, soda water, and coffee or tea, you’re drinking a lot of water. Truly excellent home water service. The delivery was impeccable, the water quality is a marked improvement over anything we’ve purchased at the store, and the dispenser makes daily hydration effortless. A small learning curve on the controls side and the need to stay ahead of your schedule keeps it from getting a perfect score, but it’s not a deal breaker either. We want to clearly explain why the bottom loading design is important, because it has completely changed the way we think about home water dispensers.
With a traditional top-loading cooler, you hoist a full 5-gallon jug over your head and turn it upside down on the machine. A full 5-gallon jug weighs just over 40 pounds. It’s annoying, it can splatter, and it requires more physical effort than it should. The bottom-loading design eliminates all of that. The carafe sits in a cabinet at the base of the unit, right side up, and a small internal pump draws water into the dispenser. Loading a new carafe means sliding it into the cabinet and connecting a short probe. That’s really it.

The unit is clean and upright with a neutral finish. This doesn’t scream office water cooler. The lower cabinet completely hides the jug so no blue plastic kegs are visible in your kitchen.
