13 presumed dead in another canoe accident in Jigawa
Thirteen people are believed to have died in another canoe accident in Ringim Local Government Area in Jigawa State.
The incident reportedly happened on Sunday evening when passengers boarded a canoe from Dabi village in Sayango to console a family over the death of a relative.
Some of the victims have been found, while others are still missing.
DSP police spokesman Lawan Shiisu Adam confirmed the incident to DAILY POST.
