Nwokeabia said in a letter to INEC's Resident Electoral Commissioner in the state, Francis Ezeonu.

Mr. Nwokeabia, who is the head of INEC's election and party monitoring department in Imo state, attached the results of the party's primaries in the letter dated May 27.
