Aaron Rodgers Pushes for Psilocybin Legalization at Psychedelics Conference

Aaron Rodgers pushed hard for the legalization of magic mushrooms and more on Wednesday night, insisting they changed his life...and could help change many others too .

The New York Jets quarterback fell for hallucinogens for nearly an hour...while delivering an impassioned speech on stage at the 2023 Psychedelic Science conference in Denver.

He and his good friend Aubrey Marcus, who sat alongside the NFL star on the podium, shone on their use of psychedelics while addressing a large crowd...and Rodgers repeated time and time again and many times everyone should have an open mind for medication.

"I know in Colorado psilocybin has been decriminalized," Rodgers said. "Isn't it ironic that the things that actually expand your mind are illegal and the things that keep you in lower chakras and dumb you down have been legal for centuries?"

The 39-year-old - who has spoken in the past about his use of ayahuasca - said, once again, that his journey on psychedelic tea has helped transform him from one of the best league flaggers into an NFL MVP.

"It's going to be hard to cancel me," he said, "because, you know, the year before, 26 touchdowns, four interceptions. We had a good season. Ayahuasca, 48 touchdowns five, interceptions, MVP. What are you going to say?"
