According to him, "Abia Command under my leadership will reward excellent performance and diligent commitment to duty without compromising on professionalism, while those who engage in absenteeism will have no choice but to dress because we will maintain a zero tolerance attitude to indolence."

He is committed to working with the state government and working in synergy with sister state security agencies to ensure that relative peace is maintained in the state.

Security, he said, was everyone's business, and he sought the support of the general public by providing useful information to state security agencies to enable them to serve better.
