Arsenal deal for Declan Rice faces final hurdle as West Ham paperwork 'promise' made
The Gunners have already trained at their London Colney base and with a pre-season game against the MLS All-Stars on July 20 before facing Manchester United in New Jersey two days later.
From West Ham's perspective, David Moyes is now awaiting confirmation before pulling the trigger on three potential new signings. Juventus midfielder Denis Zakaria and Real Betis defender Luiz Felipe are set to become the first two new faces to arrive using money from the sale of Rice, with the pair costing around £25m sterling.
Moyes is also looking to bring in a direct replacement for Rice and Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay, who could be available for £30million, is on his list.
McTominay is among those who could be allowed to leave after Mason Mount signed a £60m deal, with Erik ten Hag keen to raise money to spend on Andre Onana and Rasmus Hojlund.
