Days after the stampede that abruptly ended Asake's concert claimed its first victim, another woman died.

The deceased, 23-year-old Gabrielle Hutchinson, was part of the event's security team as a contractor.

She died in the early hours of Monday.

The media quotes the Metropolitan Police as saying the three women were in the lobby of the south London building when they were seriously injured in the accident.

He further noted that he was overwhelmed with grief and could never have imagined such a thing happening.

"My team and I are still awaiting a full debriefing from venue management and police to determine what exactly led to all the disruption caused and ultimately Rebecca's death.
