Attackers burn vehicles and tear down wall at Kuje prison

As many as seven vehicles belonging to the Nigerian Correctional Service were flattened by explosives set off by the terrorists who attacked Kuje Detention Centre.
In addition, a prison wall was blown up.
The center had been attacked by terrorists on Tuesday evening.
The PUNCH reported that as many as 600 inmates escaped from the center during the attack.
About 300 were taken over.
Nigeria Police Air Component, Nigerian Correctional Service Armed Brigade, Nigerian Security Army and Civil Defense Corps, Vigilante Task Force rake nearby bushes to recapture more.
