Biggest BBNaija Relationship Scam - Mercy Eke

Former Big Brother Naija reality TV winner Mercy Eke has revealed that the romance on the show is a scam and a strategy.

The first woman winner said so during an interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo, while explaining why she was stuck in a relationship with her ex, Ike Onyema.

Remember that Mercy and Ike were a couple on the show, but their relationship didn't last beyond the show, disappointing many followers.

Regarding her experience, Mercy noted that if she had known her fan base was so large, she would not have pursued a relationship with Ike.

Even when their relationship wasn't working out, the reality TV star said she couldn't leave Ike because of the money.

“BBNaija Relationships is the biggest scam. It was original to me in the beginning. wouldn't have bothered to get involved with Ike.

"I wouldn't say it was a strategy, for me, we sank with it, but we had to put on a show even when we're not happy for people who aren't even in a relationship. If that don't work, you're moving but in my case I couldn't, I had to be there because of the money, otherwise I won't have the money."
