Breaking: DSS takes Emefiele out of court
Officers of the Department of State Services took the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele, from the premises of the Federal High Court in Lagos.
Previously, DSS officers and Nigerian Correctional Service officials had engaged in a standoff over the custody of the accused.
Two Hilux vehicles belonging to the two government agencies were positioned directly near the entrance to the courtroom.
