Britannia has been named the UK's worst major hotel chain by Which? for the 10th consecutive year.

Its infamous reputation has been further enhanced by an annual survey by Which? which asked respondents to rate 35 chains in 10 key categories, including bed comfort, food, customer service, "description matches reality" and Wi-Fi. Britannia, whose average price is £119, gets just two out of five stars in every category.
