ROAD TO MILAN: Edgy British retailer End. has set foot abroad, opening its first international flagship in Milan.

Named ending. Milano, the three-story unit located on central Via Mercanti connecting Piazza Cordusio and Duomo, offers 1,700 square feet of retail space organized around a spacious three-story atrium and central escalator.

It is dressed in marble and maple wood, which give the space a graphic configuration and uncluttered, in addition to locally sourced materials such as terrazzo marble, a Milanese staple, and wood from Portofino.

“Creating inspiring retail concepts is a key part of our strategy at End. and I'm so happy with how this project turned out in Milan. It's a beautiful space located right in the heart of the city, and we feel proud and privileged to have a space like this to accommodate our existing community as well as new customers getting to know End. for the first time,” said Parker Gundersen, CEO of the company.

The physical unit builds on the strong e-commerce footprint in the city, the company said.

The ground floor and basement feature a wide selection of menswear brands of End. — from A.P.C., Arc'teryx, and Carhartt WIP to Balenciaga, Saint Laurent, and Rick Owens — and a dedicated sneaker corner. The ground floor also includes a section dedicated to beauty and lifestyle products such as skincare, fragrances, cosmetics, housewares and fashion-forward publications, as well as the A Bathing corner. Traditionally a menswear-focused retailer, known for mixing high street and luxury and championing the sneakers and the culture hype, Fin. Milano has a solid assortment of women's clothing, featured on the top floor.
