CAFCL: Super Eagles boss Peseiro to watch Esperance and Plateau United clash at Rades

Super Eagles head coach Jose Peseiro arrived in Tunisia on Saturday morning and will be among the spectators when Plateau United take on Esperance later in the day in a CAF Champions League clash at the Stade de l'Olympique de Radès.

Peseiro met with Plateau United head coach Fidelis Ilechukwu and senior club officials at Hotel Rao Mada, Tunis, upon his arrival.

It should be recalled that the Portuguese tactician was also present when Plateau United faced Akwa United in a Nigeria Professional Football League match at Uyo last season.

The Peace Boys enter the match with a 2-1 advantage in the first leg.

Jos' club will have to avoid defeat to advance to the group stage of the competition.

This is the second time that Plateau United will participate in the CAF Champions League.
