Cocktail of the week: We've already met from Aquavit – recipe | The right blender

A refreshing and floral cocktail perfect for the warmer months ahead.

We've met before

3-4 large pieces of cucumber, crushed and chopped, plus 3-4 additional slices to garnish 25ml aquavit - I use Akevitt pink gin Blank 50ml Aged Oak – I like Salcombe Gin20ml Fresh Lemon Juice20ml Elderflower Cordial – I like BottlegreenLight tonic, to top it off – I like FeverTree

Place crushed cucumber, aquavit, lemon juice cordial in a shaker, add plenty of ice, shake to combine, then strain into a wine glass filled with fresh ice. Fill the glass with tonic, garnish with three or four slices of cucumber and serve.
